About the opportunity

We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced mechanic to join our Workshop Team on a permanent full time basis. This role will see you use your past experience to undertake servicing and repairs of Council’s plant and associated equipment so as to ensure it is maintained to a safe, efficient and serviceable condition. Remuneration

$68,740 - $79,594 per annum plus 12% superannuation. This role also has a potential to undertake overtime.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need an Automotive Trade Certificate (Heavy or Light Vehicle Mechanic) or an equivalent qualification, along with a current Class MR driver’s license and a current forklift license. Proven experience in maintaining a diverse range of vehicles and heavy plant machinery is essential.
