Cessnock City Council has a dynamic 3-month part-time opportunity ready for you to dive right into!

The Customer Relations Officer is the first point of contact for our community, and is responsible for providing effective and professional customer service over the phone and front counter. This key role will require you to utilise your strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and really understand their needs to provide accurate information in a timely manner.

Remuneration

$35.00 - $40.53 per hour plus superannuation

About You

To be successful in this role, you need a Certificate III in Customer Service or relevant experience, along with four years in a high-volume customer service environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service are essential, as is the ability to multitask and resolve issues effectively.
