About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced team leader with experience in civil construction and maintenance? If you answered yes, then look no further as Cessnock City Council is seeking a Team Leader to join our maintenance crews!

The Team Leader will be responsible for delivering programmed civil construction and maintenance works within time, quality and cost targets. From organising goods and services to liaising with residents, community members, contractors and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for all elements of programmed works. By leveraging your leadership skills and industry knowledge, you will play a crucial part in achieving our operational goals and shaping a positive work environment.

Remuneration

$68,740 - $79,594 per annum plus superannuation

About You

To be considered for this position, you must hold a current class LR licence and White Card. Your extensive experience in civil construction and maintenance, including road, drainage and concrete construction and the proven ability to deliver programmed works within time, quality and cost targets will be crucial to your success in this position. Your leadership skills will be vital in fostering a cohesive and high performing team based on teamwork, cooperation and mutual respect, allowing the team to achieve it's goals and better service our community.
