About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We're seeking a Revenue Officer for a 7 month temporary contract, with the potential for extension, to help deliver Council’s Strategic Plan with a strong focus on revenue-related objectives and frontline service.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of Council’s Strategic Plan, with a focus on revenue-related objectives. Working closely with the Senior Revenue Officer, you will help ensure the efficient day to day operations of the unit while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing telephone and front-counter inquiries, as well as responding to revenue-related correspondence in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Remuneration
$75,969 - $87,964 per annum plus superannuation

About You
You are a proactive problem solver with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. You hold a Certificate IV in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field, or you bring extensive, relevant experience from a similar role. You also have a solid background in office administration and a thorough understanding of financial systems and operations.
