About the Opportunity
Are you looking to bring your hands on expertise into a leadership position?
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced civil professional to lead our Major Works Maintenance team in the delivery of programmed road and drainage maintenance, as well as minor civil construction projects. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone with a strong background in civil construction or maintenance who’s ready to step into a supervisory role with real impact.
As Team Leader, you’ll coordinate daily operations, manage a skilled on site crew, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll be confident interpreting civil design plans, undertaking material quantity take offs and survey calculations, and applying best practice methods to meet time, quality, and cost targets. A current MR driver’s licence and White Card are essential, along with demonstrated experience in roadworks, drainage, and concrete construction. Remuneration:
$81,711 - $94,490 per annum plus superannuation.
