About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organised Business Support Officer to provide dedicated, professional, and responsive administrative assistance to the Cemetery Officer and the Open Space & Community Facilities team.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the effective delivery of high-level administrative support across a broad and diverse portfolio of community assets. This includes cemeteries, community facilities, halls and centres, public swimming pools, public toilets and amenities, trees and vegetation, recreation areas, civic spaces, sporting ovals, parks, and playgrounds.

This is a hands on support role suited to someone who is proactive, detail oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities, including sensitive cemetery related matters that require discretion and professionalism.

To be successful in this role you will be required to hold a Certificate III in Business (Office Administration) or similar, with experience in office admin roles. You're organised, efficient, and skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlines. With advanced Microsoft Office skills, you support teams effectively and work with accuracy and initiative.

Remuneration

$65,871 - $76,272 per annum plus superannuation
