Expression of Interest – Community Engagement Officer
The Communications and Engagement team are calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from employees, interested in a acting opportunity in the position of Community Engagement Officer. This opportunity will be for approximately 3 months starting as soon as practicable.
You’ll work closely with the Principal Community Engagement Officer and other internal stakeholders to help build an engaged and informed community. You’ll support the delivery of proactive and effective Community Engagement Strategies that keep our residents updated on Council projects, plans and services including Council’s SRV application.

This position is in Grade 7 of Council’s Salary system - $1,563.31 - $1810.15 per week
Applicants who do not meet the full qualification requirement may also be considered, including those with a lower-level qualification. Appointment in such cases will be made at the appropriate classification and pay grade in line with the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
