About the Opportunity
Are you a confident and friendly customer service professional who enjoys helping people and making a great first impression? If so, we’d love you to join our dedicated Customer Relations team in a part-time capacity, working 3 days per week.
As a Customer Relations Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our community, delivering high-quality service at the front counter and over the phone. This important role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to listen and understand people’s needs, and the confidence to provide clear, accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

Remuneration
$36.05 - $41.75 per hour plus superannuation

About You
To be successful in this role, you need a Certificate III in Customer Service, Office Administration or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in a high volume customer service environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service are essential, as is the ability to multitask and resolve issues effectively.
