About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised, customer-focused professional to be the backbone of our Ranger Services Team. As the Ranger Services Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for community enquiries, managing requests, prioritising issues, and ensuring our Rangers can focus on the field work that keeps the community safe and supported.
You’ll provide high level administrative support, manage requests through our CRM system, allocate jobs, generate reports, and deliver professional, clear, and accurate customer service to staff and the public. Your work ensures our team can operate efficiently and deliver the best possible service to the community.
To be considered, you’ll hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration, Customer Relations, Local Government (Regulatory Services), Legal Services, or an equivalent qualification, along with strong customer service, organisational, and communication skills.

Remuneration
$70,803 - $81,982 per annum plus superannuation
